As a powerful all-rounder, Declan has produced standout performances on both sides of the ball – including best bowling figures of 6 for 20 and a highest score of 178. His fearless, game-changing style is inspired by his favourite player, Ben Stokes, and he brings that same intensity and commitment to every session he leads.

Declan joined Stoke d’Abernon as their overseas professional in 2024 and made an immediate impact, both as a player and mentor. Now in his second season with the club, he plays a key role in developing young talent and driving performance standards across all levels.

A natural motivator, Declan has a particular passion for nurturing fast bowlers. His coaching sessions are energetic, disciplined, and focused on long-term development – blending technical skills with tactical awareness and mental resilience.

Alongside his coaching, Declan is actively pursuing a professional playing career, giving him a unique perspective that he shares generously with those he coaches. He is a role model on and off the field, and a fantastic asset to our coaching team.
