Having represented Scotland at U19 level, Chris has competed at a high standard and understands the demands of elite cricket. He currently plays his club cricket for Walton CC and represents Cardiff University’s UCCE team – balancing academic achievement with competitive sport at a national level. His personal bests – 5 for 18 with the ball and 107* with the bat – highlight his ability to influence matches in all areas.

Chris adopts a methodical and structured approach to coaching, with a strong emphasis on skill progression, game awareness, and player confidence. He has a particular passion for working with young fast bowlers, helping them to master their craft through technical refinement, tactical understanding, and mental resilience.

His sessions are known for their clarity, consistency, and personal connection – making him a trusted figure among players and parents alike.
